Israel's Place In Prophecy

Nearly every day the State of Israel is in the news because of their victories, assistance to impoverished countries, their scientific discoveries, etc., or accusations from at least one of their 21 enemy neighbors.  Recently the government of Israel released 26 prisoners, Palestinians who had been convicted of crimes against the population of Israel.  The reason?  The Palestinians wanted proof that Israel was serious about discussions with them regarding “peace.”

The purpose of this article is NOT to state a political view; rather, it is to set forth the wealth of scriptures demonstrating Israel’s prominence and place in God’s Holy Word.

We are encouraged by God’s words to Abraham, “the father of the faithful,” in Genesis 12:3:

“And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”

May the promises of the God of Israel be an encouragement to your faith, as you watch His hand over Israel in reality.
